MINC is founded for the promotion and coordination of multilingual Internet names worldwide and the facilitation of the internationalization of the Internet for all peoples of the world, allowing access without linguistic barriers at all levels.

Under the bylaws of MINC, organisations, institutions, companies and other bodies involved in various aspects of multilingual Internet names are welcome to join MINC as ORGANISATIONAL MEMBERS.

Non profit organizations with financial difficulties can write to the MINC Chairman requesting an exemption from the joining fees while offering their support and services to assist MINC in its efforts and programs.
